TERMS & CONDITIONS

TransfersTransfers Booking and Service Fee of 3% per booking applies to all website bookings.

 

Payments: Can also be made via cash, internet banking, bank deposit, Visa, MasterCard or American Express.

Amounts paid with a credit card over the phone will incur a 3% booking fee. And American Express is 6% booking fee

 

Safety: Whilst the “company” will take all reasonable measures to ensure the safety of all passengers, passengers travel at their own risk.

Passengers should remain seated at all times and put on seat belts (where fitted).

 

Smoking: Federal and State Law prohibit any type of smoking on the bus.

 

Valuables: All property, luggage and valuables remain the responsibility of their owners. The “company” will not be held responsible if items are broken, lost or stolen.

 

Photos: Please be aware that any photos taken aboard our buses may be used for advertising and or for security purposes, they remain the property of the “company” and will not be sold or distributed without the “company’s” consent.

 

We pride ourselves in the knowledge that we offer the very best in customer service satisfaction; however there may be times, due to an act outside of our control, where we fail to deliver the highest quality of service. If this happens please let management know and we will make every endeavor to rectify the problem.

 

In the event a customer cannot be located for whatever reason, to avoid any inconvenience to fellow customers, our drivers have been instructed to continue on with their journey. We will try to accommodate the customer on the next available service. If for any reason there is a misunderstanding between the driver and the customer and after discussing it with office management we feel the customer has been inconvenienced, we will endeavor to reimburse the customer accordingly.

 

Please note that it is under the discretion of the driver to sometimes arrive 15-20 minutes earlier than stated when your pickup time is confirmed. This can be due to traffic conditions, accidents, etc. It is your responsibility to be ready 15 – 30 minutes prior to pick up time. If you are not ready when the driver arrives we cannot guarantee that he can take you to your destination and a refund will not be given.

 

 

The driver will call on approach to give you ample time to be ready; we ask that you be ready so as not to inconvenience other passengers that may already be on the bus.

 

Alcohol: The consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited on the bus. ( Only allowed to drink alcohol in Party Buses )

 

The cancellation of bookings will be subjected to the following:

  • Cancellation with more than 24 hour’s notice prior to pick up = Bond Payment Non refundable (Party Buses Only )
  • Cancellation between 12-24 hour’s notice prior to pick up = Full Refund less admin. Fee of $15.00.
  • Cancellation within 12 hour’s notice prior to pick up = 50% Refund.
  • If a driver is at your location and they are unable to get you or you are not able to be contactable = No Refund.

 

Tours/Charters and Promotional Sales

Beverages: Safety Regulations PROHIBIT GLASS containers on board bus

 

Fighting: The throwing of objects out of windows, fighting, rioting or vandalism to personal property or property of the “company” will result in the passengers’ immediate termination from the bus and if police intervention is required the persons responsible will be liable for any financial loss. No refunds will be given. Any additional costs will be at the customers own expense.

 

The cancellation of bookings will be subjected to the following:

Cancellation with more than 28 hour’s notice prior to pick up = Bond Payment None refundable (Party Buses Only)

Cancellation between 12-24 hour’s notice prior to pick up = Full Refund less admin. fee of $15.00.

Cancellation within 12 hour’s notice prior to pick up = Non Refund.

If a driver is at your location and they are unable to get you or you are not able to be contactable = No Refund

Bonds: All Charters have a $200.00 to $500.00 damage excess fee. If any damage has been caused by passengers the “company” will carry out the necessary repairs and the bill will be responsibility of the organizing individual. The “company” will not be held responsible for any damage caused intentionally or otherwise to people or property/venues and the passengers and/or organizer will be held liable to cover any additional costs incurred. Cancellation during the week of the tour; Deposit is non-refundable, non-transferable and no credit will be issued.

Definition: “Company” refers to Easy Party Shuttle  or any other party that has been engaged to offer transportation services.
